Alyssa Nguyen

Alyssa Nguyen has always believed in saying yes to opportunity and putting in the work to make something of it.

Originally from California, Alyssa spent part of her childhood in Seattle before moving to Austin to attend the University of Texas. She studied Biochemistry, along with German and Human Development and Family Science, with plans to pursue pharmacy. But while working at Nordstrom during college, she discovered something else she was naturally good at: connecting with people.

Alyssa quickly became a top seller, not by focusing on the sale, but by treating every person with the same level of care and attention. That approach followed her through nearly a decade in fashion and eventually into real estate.

After purchasing her first home at 24, Alyssa began investing and saw firsthand how powerful real estate could be. With encouragement from a mentor, she decided to turn that experience into a career helping others do the same.

Within her first few years in the business, Alyssa was recognized as a Top 50 Newcomer of the Year. Today, she works with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, sellers, and investors throughout the Austin area.

Her approach is straightforward: know the market, communicate clearly, price strategically, and take care of people from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Alyssa enjoys fashion, fitness, spending time with her dogs Frankie and McKenzie Taylor, and finding ways to give back to the community. She is also developing charitable events centered around connection, fashion, fitness, and supporting local job readiness programs.

For Alyssa, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It is about helping people make smart decisions, take the next step, and build something of their own.
